Code of Behaviour

Each person working with children should read and sign a copy of the Code of Behaviour to acknowledge their responsibility and legal liability.

Children's Worker Application Form

Each person working with children as part of one of MPFG Philippines' programs, must complete this application form, demonstrating their good character.

Child Safety Report

In the event of receiving a report about abuse, those working with children under MPFG Philppines are required to complete the following report and when necessary fulfil their obligation to mandatory reporting.

Induction & Training Log

Completion of induction and training is compulsory for all workers and a condition of their appointment.
