Graduate Testimonies

I decided to stop studying when I finished High School because my parents were unable to send me to college. Over the next two years I volunteered at our church as a Sunday School teacher. One day I was so happy to hear that someone chose to give me a better future. In March 2016 I graduated as a Certified Visual Graphic Designer. Then God had another plan for me! I am now hired as an Administrator for Mission Possible for Future Generations [MPFG] Philippines where I  coordinate all the administration that takes place to make this program successful on the ground. What I love about working for MPFG is each time I visit schools or homes the smiles and waving children shouting "Manang" (which means Elder Sister). Sometimes parents cry as they share the testimony of how MPFG helps their children go to school. I thank God for giving me this opportunity in life.

In 2007 my parents separated and my siblings and I had to go and live with our Aunt and Uncle in Bacolod. During this time I struggled in school. I finished High School and did not pursue college for one year. My mother went and worked abroad which by God's grace enabled me to enrol in college. My mother's earnings as a maid were not enough for me to continue studying and then a great blessing came through sponsors in Australia. It really helped my family a lot. In March 2015 I graduated and was able to get a job at a Bank in Manila for 3 years, before I returned home to work for the Government in Superannuation. I also volunteer for the MPFG program and I love helping MPFG and never want to work away again. I am very thankful to be one of the MPFG Graduates. I am proud of this program that supports unfortunate children. Now I want to pass this opportunity on to let other children be educated and have a brighter future.

MPFG is one of the keys that helped me succeed. I got sponsored to finish Elementary and High School and then my sponsor supported me through college and I graduated in March 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management. In my first two years of College, I focused on finishing and I forgot to enjoy the scenery along the way. In third year I did my thesis for a research paper, in fourth year I had my feasibility study, but I tried my best to enjoy every part of my study. Thank you to the MPFG program and my sponsors, for being a ladder in my life and part of my success. I am proud of the MPFG program now working for a Corporation as an encoder.
