Feeding Programs
Feeding​ programs​ have been operating​ since​ the 1980s helping children in impoverished areas receiving a nutritional meal once per week.​
Physical and spiritual food are provided with the Gospel message, songs and what is often the healthiest meal of the week being shared. Feeding programs operate in different locations of the local community to support struggling families.
Over time, families who regularly attend feeding programs, are surveyed to see whether they need financial help for their child to attend school, and other factors to ensure they are suitable for our sponsorship program. The survey looks at their financial and housing needs and their commitment to the program.​
All donations of $2AUD or more, given for food are tax deductible.
Child Sponsorship
MPFG Australia seek generous sponsors to donate finances so students can gain an education to find paid work, breaking the cycle of poverty to improve their lives in the future.​
Child Sponsorship is MPFG Australia’s main focus. ​Since 2004 we have sent funds to pay for students to attend school and gain an education.​ Sponsorship has touched the lives of hundreds of children and has a positive impact on their families.​ Children must attend school to graduate with their High School Certificate at the end of year 12, which opens the doors to better paid work in areas such as retail and call centres.​

Health Support
MPFG Australia receive financial donations from generous Australians which are used for needs such as medicines or medical bills in extraordinary circumstances. In some circumstances, finances are sent to help save lives by paying for surgeries, or to support the recovery of sick and injured children in our sponsorship program.
Students in the program are given vitamin supplements to support their health to attend school.
